Making fun character designs and creatures has always been a passion of mine ever since middle school! I went to the Art Institute of Las Vegas for a year until it closed down, and now am trying to pursue a Graphic Design major in UNLV!

Commissions Terms of Service
These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions between you, the customer, and me, the seller. Your purchase of the product constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not purchase this product.Payment
- A 50% fee is required before starting the commission.
- A commission can be cancelled with a full refund if the commission has not been started.
- If the commission is in progress and is cancelled, a refund will not be given.
- If the commission is completed, the whole payment must be made with no refunds or exceptions.
- You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initate any chargebacks via your payment provider.
- You agree that any payments made by you for this product are final and may not be charged back.
- A commission can take up to a week or a month, so please be patient.
- Progress shots of the illustration will be sent so you know what it will look like in the end. If you are unsatisfied with the progress shots you see, 3 edits or changes can only be made during the sketching phase.
- I will only accept payment in USD (United States Dollars).
- Payment must all be made through paypal ([email protected])
- Commissions will be sent electronically through Direct Messages or E-Mail in 300 DPI.
- These commissions are intended for non-commercial use only.
- Commissions cannot be used to advertise people, businesses, or products.
- Commissions cannot be mass-produced, used for profit or to advertise people, businesses, or products.
- All Commissions will be signed and dated with no exceptions.
- The signature and date must be legible and cannot be removed.
- I reserve the right to use the final commission and process work, such as in a portfolio, social media sites, etc.
- You agree to idemnify me against all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, actions, costs, damages, or loss arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions.
- I hold the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You, the commissioner, are allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art, and claim the right of your character(s), but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.Commercial Work
- A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
- With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
- Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
- Credit is still required for usage of the artwork and must still be legible, even if altered or edited.These terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime.
Adoptables Terms of Service
These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions between you, the customer, and me, the seller. By bidding or offering for the adoptable constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not bid or offer this adoptable.Payments and Auctions
- Payment has to be done within 24 hours after receiving the note/reply.
- Once bought, adopts cannot be refunded.
- Only bid/buy if you're 100% certain you're going to pay and have the money.
- Withdrawing or hiding the bid/comment will result in temporary to permanent blacklisting.
- Absolutely no chargebacks. If so, all ownership to the adoptable will be revoked, and you will be permanently blacklisted.
- If there are multiple ABs, the first AB wins the Auction. This applies even if I had multiple ABs and the first person chose AB1, and the second person chose AB2, the first person will always win.
- Bid ends in 48 hours after the last bid
- I'm allowed to end the auctions earlier if desired
- Make sure to keep note on how much you bought the adopt
- Snipe guard; Last bid gets extended by 1 hour if it's sniped.
- Snipe is considered if someone bids 30 minutes before the end of the auctionReselling/Trading/Gifting
- You may only sell the adoptable for its original price, extra costs can be added only if there are commissioned works
- Artwork you've drawn for the adoptable are not considered "commissioned work"
- If you are caught making it more expensive than the actual price, you will be blacklisted.Character and Design Editing
- The name, personality, gender, etc. will all be up to you
- Adopts can have as many extra outfits as you like
- Adoptables can have slight alterations without notifying me unless it is a closed species.Commercial Work
- Commercial Work of my adoptables is prohibited unless you pay for 200% of the set price.
- Adoptables are for personal usage only.Credit
- You are allowed to re-post my adopts with proper credit if it is my drawing.
- If it is a drawing by you or someone else of my adoptable, you must allow them to know the design belongs to CookieNomie if prompted.These terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime.
